OUR POLICY
When You Order:
When you place your order, simply fill in the order blank. When you have completed the order blank, press send. You may pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cashiers check or money order.
Acknowledgement:
As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail to confirm your order and advise you of your shipping fees, shipping date, sales tax (Nevada residents only) and order totals. If for any reason there will be a delay, you will hear from us. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Shipping Charges:
All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail. We have found that for smaller items this is the most economical. You will be advised of shipping fees for your order on your order acknowledgement.
International Orders:
We are happy to ship outside the U.S. You will be advised of your shipping fees on your order acknowledgement.
Due to the high amount of fraudulent orders originating from Indonesia, Java, the Philippines, Singapore, Nigeria, and Brazil, we will not ship to theses countries.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return it to us within 15 days of receipt along with a copy of your invoice and credit card receipt. Custom orders are not returnable so please be accurate when placing orders.
